Woodward Teacher is Educator of the Year

Congratulations to Kwesi Babatu, a teacher at Woodward Career Technical High School, for being named an Educator of the Year by the Hamilton County Education Foundation. He received a scholarship to pursue a masters degree in special education studies at the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Babatu teaches social studies and says, "Receiving a master's degree will allow me to address the uniqueness of each child while fostering a harmonious environment in the classroom."

Deborah Bradshaw, director of CPS' Early Childhood Programs, also was recognized as an Educator of the Year for her efforts on behalf of the district's youngest students.

Congratulations to Mr. Babatu and Mrs. Bradshaw!
