CPS Assistant Superintendent is a Man of Honor

Congratulations to Anthony Smith, assistant superintendent of Cincinnati Public Schools, for being named a Man of Honor by the Abercrumbie Group. The award recognizes "African American men in Greater Cincinnati who have succeeded against all odds and achieved special greatness."

As part of his award, Smith received a $2,500 grant to be used to enhance and develop African American male leadership in the Cincinnati Public School District. Smith has selected CPS' M.O.R.E. (Men Organized, Respectful and Educated) program to receive the grant.
